What I use to amp up my workout while traveling

  • Mini Pilates Ball – makes me acutely aware of muscle activation and form. Adding the ball helps to create an even greater burn and helps to tone muscles.
  • Resistance Bands helps to strength and tone. It is a great replacement for light weights and adds a challenge to my existing routine.
  • Ankle weights – I use these for leg toning exercises once they become too easy without weights
  • Yoga mat : I use one that I can fold and put it in my suitcase 
  • Goggles if I can swim in the ocean or pool
