
Ingredients:
- 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 1 Tsp Thyme-fresh or dried chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice (1/2 Lemon)
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Directions:
- Mix ingredients onto Zucchini in bowl
- Cook for about 20 minutes
